About the Training

Uppiness Game Train The Trainer Virtual Event | June 2nd & 9th, 2024

June 2nd: 12.00 - 16.00 CET

June 9th: 11.00 - 15.00 CET

This training is for you if you are passionate about Happiness @ Work

By the end of our training, you will:

  • Be ready to facilitate Uppiness sessions (theory plus game) with your teams or external clients
  • Gain the knowledge and skill set needed to facilitate the Uppiness Game successfully
  • Have access to the facilitator kit containing everything you need to start leading your own Uppiness workshops
  • Learn how to include the game as an additional tool for promoting happiness @ work
  • Get a Qualified Uppiness Trainer Certification and your profile will be promoted on www.uppinessgame.com
  • Be part of an amazingly supportive community of practitioners across the world that support each other via Whatsapp group and monthly connection calls
  • Gain access to the Game Facilitator Platform where you plan and book your games and customize questions
  • Have access to the recordings of our previous (and future) Train the Trainers for extra content

  • SHARE: Cohort icebreaker
  • LEARN: Content Intro | The science of happiness at work focused on the SPIRE framework (Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional Well-being) from Tal Ben-Shahar
  • PLAY: Let's Play The Uppiness Game!
  • LEARN: Financial model and game positioning
  • PLAY: We play the Game again with each facilitator facilitating a part of it and receiving feedback from peers
  • REFLECT and COMMIT: Debrief and Next steps
